Shipping Policy for WrapMyGun

At WrapMyGun, we strive to deliver your custom gun wraps and accessories as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and procedures for addressing any issues with your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Custom Orders: If your order includes custom-designed wraps or personalized products, additional processing time of 2–5 business days may apply. You will be notified of any delays during order confirmation.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated shipping date.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

United States:

Standard Shipping: Free (3–7 business days).

Expedited Shipping: Free (2–3 business days).

Priority Shipping: Free (1–2 business days).

International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before it ships.

3. Delivery Times

United States:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.

Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing.

International:

Delivery times range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. WrapMyGun is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international countries. To check if we ship to your country, please proceed to checkout or contact our customer support team at wrapmygun@gmail.com.

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local regulations (e.g., restrictions on firearm-related accessories). If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order by logging into your WrapMyGun account and visiting the "Order History" section.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at wrapmygun@gmail.com.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

WrapMyGun is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after delivery confirmation by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or adding signature confirmation at checkout (available for an additional fee).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wrapmygun@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, provided the issue is reported within the specified timeframe.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. WrapMyGun is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at wrapmygun@gmail.com. Address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.

9. Returns and Refunds

Shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
